Variation in Products
All of our products are artisanal, hence no two products are 100% identical. Majority of the products are hand crafted leather. Leather may have slight variations in shade and color. Depending on the sub-category of leather, the leather may have natural markings & scars. The handloom used in the products are sourced from local artisans & premium suppliers across India. Owing to its artisanal nature, products in the same collections might have slight differences in the look of the handloom. You agree that this does not qualify as a defect & cannot claim warranty or return a product due to the the above characteristics. Please review Product Care & Warranty terms to understand what is considered a damage or defect.
Photographs
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color and images of our physical products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Modification of designs
We reserve rights to discontinue or modify product designs. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications made to product designs or if a product is discontinued.
Availability
Due to sudden demand or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. In the event you have ordered a product which is no longer in stock, we will inform you by e-mail within 7 days of receipt and refund you for the sum you have paid.
Shipping & Delivery
